PERBAIKAN Jalan Sholeh Iskandar tak hanya menimbulkan kemacetan, tapi juga berdampak buruk bagi para pelaku usaha di sepanjang jalan. nasional tersebut. Mereka mengeluhkan, perbaikan jalan dinilai lambat, sehingga memberikan pengaruh buruk terhadap usaha yang dijalani.

Di antara pihak yang merasakan dampak buruk tersebut adalah SPBU. Omset mereka turun cukup drastis selama jalan tersebut diperbaiki.

SPBU Permata dan SPBU 16-16116 misalnya. Penurunan omset kedua SPBU tersebutmencapai 60 persen dari hari biasa. "Jelas turun Mas. Bagaimana tidak, konsumen lebih :memilih jalan lain daripada terimpit kemacetan," ujar Manajer SPBU 16-16116 Basuki kepada Radar Bogor, kemarin.

Sebelum dilakukan perbaikan jalan, omset SPBU-nya bisa mencapai 33 ton per hari, baik untuk BBM jenis premium, pertamax maupun solar. Kini, semenjak diperbaiki, omsetnya merosot tajam, yaitu berkisar 14 tOn per hari. "Kalau tidak cepat diselesaikan, kami jelas mengalami defisit berlebih," imbuhnya.

Hal serupa dirasakan SPBU Pennata. Omset penjualan yang sebelumnya bisa mencapai48 ton per hari, kini turun 18 ton per hari. "Biasanya omset kami melebihi target, tapi sekarang di bawah target. Jika perbaikan tak cepat selesai, kami terpaksa membatasi stok BBM," ungkapnya.

Kemacetan panjang ditambah cuaca panas merupakan momok tersendiri bagi para pengendara untuk melewati Jalan Sholeh Iskandar. Beberapa di antaranya pun memilih menggunakan jalan alternatif.

Seperti yang dilakukan Arif Syaeful (19). Siswa SMK Tridarma I ini lebih memilih melewati Cimanggu sebagai jalan alternatif menuju sekolahnya. "Kalau lewat jalan utama (Sholeh Iskandar, red), jelas saya telat ke sekolah, apalagi sekarang sedang UTS," keluhnya
